WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

If you’re waiting for your order, don’t forget to check your email (and your junk/spam folder, just in case!). You’ll receive a dispatch notification as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

We’re still streamlining some processes, so minor delays may occur while we carry out essential checks.

All ready-to-wear products are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 4:00 PM [PST]. For bulk/custom orders, production time may vary. Feel free to reach us at cozywavesofficial@gmail.com for more details.

Standard delivery time within Pakistan is 2–4 business days, depending on your location. For international and bulk orders, the same shipping policies apply.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE ?
You can only pay via Cash on Delivery [Pakistan only], Easypaisa and Jazzcash [Pakistan only], Paypal, Credit/Debit Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

We are an online store, and don't have any outlet for now.

HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER ?

At Cozy Waves, we offer a same-day shipping policy for all products. If you wish to cancel your order, you can submit a cancellation request through the ‘Order Disputes & Support’ link before your order is shipped.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, you may simply refuse to accept the parcel upon delivery.
⚠️ Please note: Repeated refusals of delivery may lead to a permanent ban from shopping at Cozy Waves.

I HAVE RECEIVED A WRONG/DEFECTED PRODUCT, WHAT DO I DO ?

In case you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete product, Cozy Waves gladly accepts returns or exchanges within 3 working days of delivery, provided that the item:

  • Is in new and unused condition

  • Has not been washed, worn, or altered

  • Has the original tag and packaging intact

To raise a concern, please fill out the ‘Order Dispute’ form on our website for a timely solution.
Reaching out via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram may delay the process.
